The Diocesan Youth Team aims to enable and support each church in the diocese to initiate and develop a realistic and appropriate ministry to and with young people. We hope to encourage DCCs and PCCs to listen to young people and take practical steps to address their needs. While we work to assist churches in welcoming and nurturing we have no magic solution or blueprint but believe that young people have much to teach us and that relationship building is a fantastic experience. We are always ready to listen, to share insights, and to suggest resources.
