Model Staff Contracts for VA and Foundation Schools

Governors wishing to make appointments in Voluntary Aided or Foundation Schools may wish to refer to Model Contracts which have been produced by the National Society.

At the time of writing (September 2011) they comply with current legislation and come after consultation with Teacher and Support Unions.

Contracts can be completed on-line, saved and printed. The following are available:

Headteacher
Deputy/Assistant Headteacher
Advanced Skills Teacher
Teachers
Support Staff (All Year Round)
Support Staff (Term-time only)
Clerk to the Governors (All Year Round)
Clerk to the Governors (Term-time only).
